Everything here was amazing! We tried the dan dan noodles, which had a great Sichuan spice, and the tomato egg noodle, which was simple but so flavorful. The beef pancake was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service was incredibly fast. We ordered and got our food in less than 10 minutes and everything was under $15 for a shareable meal, which made it even better. Definitely coming back to try more dishes. HIGHLY recommend!

Their noodles the best. So tasty the texture chewy and I enjoy it so much. My favorite place. I always got the spicy beef noodle with handmade pulled noodles. I did try other food.. the spicy wonton is great too.

Had an amazing experience here! So glad they opened a second location here in Henderson. The service was fantastic- friendly, attentive, and quick. The space is simple, yet cozy and welcoming. We started with the spicy wontons, which were filled to the brim with filling which is a nice change compared to other places with too much wrapper. The Shang Beef Noodle Soup was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich but not too heavy, with just the right amount of spice, the beef was super tender and flavorful, and the knife-cut noodles were thick and bouncy. The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was just as good but definitely a lot spicier. The portions were super generous too. Definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area who's craving authentic noodle soup!

Had dinner last night and I noticed that my last review was back in 2022. Let me say, flavor, service and price still is on point! This place stays true to what they are offering. Great food, great service and great value. I ordered the pork and beef noodles dishes were wonderful, colorful, spicy but not overbearing. Staff were busy ensuring we were taken care of. I opted for regular noodle instead of cut and had the spicy beef noodles along with the spicy dumplings for app. Everything was great. No wonder why this little business is actively busy ! I recommend the wait if ever needed- It is well worth it !

This is my first time at this location but have been to this chain closer to the Vegas Strip. I was pleasantly surprised how not busy this location was and that we got seated right away. * fresh noodles * amazing beef noodle soup * quick service * nice interior - I wish there were more seating * ample parking We ordered: - spicy beef noodle soup - beef noodle soup - shrimp chow mein - beef pancake - spicy wontons (asked for the spicy oil on side) We absolutely devoured everything. I personally like their hand pulled noodles because of consistency in the noodles. But since it is hand pulled it's pretty much one long noodle ... so you have to keep cutting it. The knife cut noodles are nice for those who like firmness - but sometimes it's too thick for my personal preference. But I think it's amazing to have that option!

So, the spicy beef noodle soup might have changed my life. Like I'm not even joking, it's going to definitely be joining my cravings list. This is especially sad as I do not live anywhere remotely close to a Shang Artisan Noodle. However, I can live vicariously through you. Super rich and spiced broth (some heat but definitely complex with the spice profile), big ol' fatty chunks of tender beef brisket, and the most delightfully chewy fresh noodles that are like a yard long? Okay, maybe a mild exaggeration -- but my husband tried to steal a noodle and it was like neverending. Also, their dandan noodles are bomb. Spicy, umami, greasy, and nutty. And the flat noodles are SO good. Please, reader, send me noodle vibes when you inevitably go!

This place exceeded my expectations! The interior is very clean and updated. Service was great, very helpful when providing recommendations as we were first timers. The food was so good, the hand pulled noodles, the tender beef, spicy broth, and the appetizer dishes did not disappoint! I added this on my places to frequent when I'm in Las Vegas!
